"One way I have always dealt with stress – and to ensure I am ready for upcoming stressors – is with physical exercise. The more frequent and strenuous the better - from running marathons, summiting peaks, tackling moguls, to high intensity fitness classes. However, I began to realize those activities were only part of the equation. I needed to balance physical activity with an opportunity to quiet my mind and body, breathe, create space and calm – to just be. I am so grateful to Yoga for helping me do that.
